Prioritizing your confidentiality, privacy and autonomy, every counselling relationship with each client is trusting, respectful and collaborative. I facilitate my clients to get to a more empowered emotional posturing in their very own life situation by jointly reassessing unhelpful perspectives, thoughts and feelings.
Although my approach as eclectic, I substantially draw on the goal-oriented, problem-focused Cognitive Behaviour Therapy i.e CBT, which is considered a gold standard in treating anxiety, depression and stress related issues.
